User Training courses are designed to meet the needs of standard users covering all basic functions across all modules within the Sam.NET system. elf staff with hands on experience of the software and software implementation's provide all client training.

Customer training is provided as a standard service to all customers, training can be provided either onsite or at our our offices. Administrator training, if required, provides a more technical knowledge of the system, the security functions and report structures.

In addition "train the trainer" options are available, whereby training is provided to high end users to cascade internally.

Group-based In-House Training

The in-house training program covers elf's asset management solution at all skill levels. The courses offered are specific to each of the market sectors in which we operate and in doing this elf is able to ensure that the information disseminated at any given session is both relevant and pertinent to all delegates.

Tailored On-Site Training

The consultancy team at elf conducts bespoke, on-site or on-line training courses that can be fully tailored to suit each individual organisation. On-site training offers the additional benefit of allowing organisations to train using their own data.

Benefits of elf's Training Services

Training can be coordinated at a fully equipped elf training centre. Customised, on-site training programs can be hosted at the client site. Training sessions cater for both new and advanced users of the Sam.NET suite. Training programs are run as industry-specific sessions.
