An experienced, Project Manager will work with your Organisation to develop a realistic plan based upon the proven approach. This approach has delivered successful implementations in 20 individual Local Authorities within the UK.
Services are delivered by a management and technical team with detailed hands on experience of large, medium and small scale Property Asset Management projects. The service delivery team operates within the framework of a management system which embodies the principles of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management standard and the PRINCE2 project management methodology (the Government standard for management of service based projects).
The team uses methods proven over a number of Local Authority Property Asset Management projects to provide the service deliverables.
On award of a contract, elf will immediately instigate a Project Initiation Meeting (PIM) to ensure the timescales are met. The PIM will identify amongst other matters, the project reporting and quality assurance and performance monitoring requirements of the client.
A Project Initiation Document will be produced containing information on how the project will be managed and delivered.

• Project Plan
• Quality Plan
• Risk Register and Log
• Issues and Action Log
• Change Log
• Milestones and Review Points
It is estimated that from point of implementation to the "Go Live" date, it would take approximately three to six months depending on the scope of the project.
